Empowering families, enriching childhoods, and building stronger communities
Impact That Grows With Every Child
Laying the Foundation for Lifelong Wellbeing
Ubuntu Care is more than a childcare service — we’re building a better future. By providing high-quality early childhood care, we support children’s developmental milestones while enabling women to pursue careers and achieve economic independence.
Ubuntu Care delivers a triple dividend — supporting children’s development, advancing women’s economic empowerment, and contributing to inclusive economic growth.
We are proud to be:
A WEP (Women’s Empowerment Principles) signatory
A Strategic Partner to the IFC–PBC Family Friendly Policies Program
A co-founder of the Network of Inclusive Care Entrepreneurs (NICE) in the Asia-Pacific region — raising awareness on unpaid care work, gender equality, and the role of the care economy in national development.
Local Impact, Global Reach
- UN Women Partnership Work: Ubuntu Care helped develop training manuals for literate and illiterate women in caregiving and piloted trainings for over 100 women across 4 low-income districts of Karachi (May–Sept 2024).
- Asia-Pacific Representation: Co-founder/CEO invited to speak at the Feminist Finance Forum at the UN ESCAP Bangkok in May 2024. This platform provided a space for both Asia-Pacific Care Accelerator alumni and the current cohort to unite! Engaging with policymakers, investors, thought leaders, and grassroots organizations, these entrepreneurs not only showcased innovative solutions but also broadened horizons, enhanced strategies, and expanded their networks.
Partnering for Sustainable Development
Ubuntu Care aligns its work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially:
- SDG 5: Gender Equality
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
- SDG 4: Quality Education
Through partnerships with corporates and public institutions, we are making caregiving visible, professional, and accessible — while unlocking economic potential for families and communities.
